We chose the them of sustainability and invited a wide range of guests to invite others to make up a party of 70 guests. We invited the forager Fat Hen (Caroline Davey) and her chefs Justine and Mickey Ashton to could a meal of foraged and locally sourced food. The carbon footprint of the meal (food miles, travel, phone use, computer use. materials sourcing etc) was audited with the help of the Groundwork South West environmental business managers and displayed on large blackboards in graphics created by us and James Mankiewicz, a 2nd year student at PLymouth Collegeof Art and Design.
